Cinnamon & its Health Benefits

Cinnamon is one of the most popular herbs and medicinal spices that has been used for thousands of years by people all over the world, thanks to its unique sweet warming taste and its tremendous health benefits.  It is made from the inner bark of trees called Cinnamomum. The inner bark is then extracted and the woody parts removed. When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls, called cinnamon sticks. The sticks can be ground into cinnamon powder.   Cinnamon is loaded with phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and antioxidants. How to Steep Loose Leaf Tea?

Loose Leaf tea is a delicious, healthy and cost efficient alternative to bagged tea.
