Delicious way to incorporate Apple Cider Vinegar!
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has garnered much attention lately as a powerful gut detox - said to kickstart digestion, cleanse the blood of bacteria, and even help lower blood sugar levels. As a sucker for new food trends I had to try it out. I purchased a bottle of organic ACV and started experimenting.
